Default 1:200 B737-800 Ethopian

On JC Wings blank mould with Draw Decal. For first try good. Issues
  • Lost Right Winglet outside decal
  • Right Windows not straight - Little Lazy
  • Right Rear Door was accidentally erased from the original, so applied the decal
  • Sumdged the original cockpit windows, so decaled that one too

Will recycle this unless somebody wants this for my material cost of $60.

How did you go about removing the previous titles, etc from the airplane?

Still you have to remove the original doors. Use non-acetone nail polish remover on any diecast plane. That will do the trick.

You have to be careful though. I did not wanted to remove cockpit windows but they got smudged and had to remove that, and use the decaled one.

Decaling is getting better. There are at least 8-9 various types of blanks on the way for my project. Things I have in mind are

IF200 747-400 Thai old colors
A330 Thai old colors
A320 Iberia One World
A319 Royal Jordanian One World
A319 LAN One World
A321 Air France on G200 mould
A340 Swiss San Francisco Special
A320 Kingfisher
B735 Air France
B747 PanAm Billboard with polished belly
B737 Ethopian (proper)

Just when I thought, oh now I have everything that I ever wanted, I got this nasty flu of customs! If anybody is interested, I can do extra, with material cost + $70.

The decals I am using have shaded windows, so the looks should be better.
