Ok guys i have seen your posts about having this model on a gj/jc mould and with some very typical liveries...
Now! I have done some research and its possible to have the F28 in our shelves
As a base model you'll need the Fokker 70 because as the f28 mk 4ooo the quantity of passengers are the same and/or almost the same ( considering the adaptations of the airline)
After having that model the only difference between the F28-Mk4000 and the Fokker 70 are the wings and Engines because the length an height are equally the same and on a reduced scale model the centimeters of difference wont be a problem...
The wing tips can be easily modified with a sanding process or using your preferred hobby putty like squadron white.
Now the engines are the easy part!
The fokker F28 mk 4000 uses a variant of the Bac one eleven's Engine !
The RB-183 SPEY jr is a variant of a RB 163 SPEY 1 so the lengths, widths and heights are the same the only thing that varies are the thrust given by each variant!
Here are some comparisons! Although i tried to make the pictures the same size between f28 and F70 they show clearly my points.
Hope you liked it !
