Good Luck!

If you come across some, you very well might have black helicopters and men in night vision goggles raiding your pad.....

What I'm getting at is American Airlines is very draconian in the use of their logo. In the past their corporate legal department has come down hard on those in the hobby industry, including those in one man just for fun "cottage" operations. The Reichstag... er, I mean AMR demands huge royalties in the use of the AA logo and 'American' trademarque.

The decals you speak of did exist however would be hard to come by. Liveries Unlimited (Jennings Helig) drew a set for Hasegawa back in the 1990's for their release of a 1/200 B767-300. Ebay might be your only option for that kit and at great expence.

Another option would be the old 1980's era sheet by ATP (Clint Groves) that he released when he had his bussiness selling model airliners, decals and slides. This particular decal was designed as a generic fit... it could go on the Hasegawa DC-10 or the then new Hasegawa B767-200 kit.
