I may go to Gatwick but will not decide until last minute. Heathrow at Kempton is also coming up. Finding fewer good old models these days and Ebay eats up funds. Costs me abut 60 quid to go to a show and if I dont find much thats money that could have bought stuff.
I wish I could go..It is by far one of the best shows of the year..say hello to Graham B and Geoff Noble for me someone please!

graham b and Geoff noble??? WHO are they????? well this year there is supposed the biggest number of stands ever. last year they had several stands in the corridors outside the main hall!! WESTWAY MODELS have a stand this year too. so there should be loads of large scale models around!

GOOD point ralph. but if you do not go, you will never what you might have missed. PLUS you really need to get in at opening time. there is a LOT of PRE SHOW dealing before it opens. and a lot of good stuff is NEVER seen by the ordinary collector! but as always it depends what you are looking for. anyway here is a link to pics from last years show!!!

Up until 2004 when I was still working I used to take advantage of my friend Graham Cowell and get in early before doors open. I was able to start from London which made life easier.
Sadly without a car I am not able to get to Crawley till 1130. And then only because of the free shuttle bus.
Kempton is a lot easier and I sometimes even get in before doors open as I have known Keith since the 80s.
That said, I seem to find my best models well after I have arrived like the VC 10 in BAC house colours last year.
I could not attend last year, but will be this year.
As always lots to sell, both interesting and rare 1/400 at realistic prices.

just the usual suggestion guys. have the usual FORUM MEET' @ ARD table around midday. will have to go around 12.30 as wife has to work in the afternoon!
