I watched that video a number of times. For as close as the A380 was to other aircraft, it seem to be moving pretty quickly. At LAX, unless something has changed, I think the A380 requires an escort vehicle to avoid situations like this. I would think as congested as JFK is, there would have been an escort.

Also, I know the A380 has all these cameras built into the aircraft. They don't have wingtip cameras, and/or sensors to warn the pilots how close they are to objects? Damn, most new cars have back up cameras and sensors to keep you from hitting things.
