Default Re: Best 1/400 moulds for a newbie

Welcome to the forum !!!!

In my opinion, Phoenix, Gemini and Aeroclassics has superior quality, Dragon Wings, JC Wings, Big Bird, Aviation 400 Jet-X are also good, but it is very hard to tell you what is the best manufacturer, variation from moulds, printing and other minor details occurs with all producers!!!

I would say that you started with a good model.... I would suggest to search some threads on this forum about quality and others opinions to get a better knowledge on the subject!!!

Best regards

I was just wondering what people consider to be the best quality moulds and if there are specific production dates to watch out for. I'm primarily interested in narrow body and regional aircraft. From pictures Gemini appears to look very good although I have yet to see one in person.

Thank you and any help is greatly appreciated!
