... you have to be as kind as possible with them... say please and thanks everytime they attend you, also tell them stuff like "donīt you hate when the passesngers treat you like a servant?" or something like that... that would make them know that you understand them... say nice things about the airline and about the crew and youīll probably get a chance to go to the big office! haha
