For military aircraft, it seems that Hobby Master is the best out right now. I only collect 1:48 scale and they primarily make 1:72 scale with a few 1:48 scale. These two forums have a ton of info on the different manufacturers products with plenty of pictures, but they don't have much at all in the way of airliners.
