The problem with Herpa is that their models are produced in very limited numbers.

It was particularly true when they released the AF B 707-320, the AF museum received so few models that they felt very frustrated almost humiliated and ordered a second batch.

I seized the opportunity to contact Herpa and suggest that a B 707-320 with a short fin, no ventral fin would be a nice complement to the first release which had a tall fin and a ventral fin.

Not sure that the AF museum was in the loop or aware of my exchanges with Herpa but i was very happy to welcome this new version ...

Back to the A 320 with a commemorative livery ...

SOCATEC is refurbishing its website, we have no access to it but unless I am wrong, I think that the 75th anniversary livery is still available.
Just a retro livery with the 75 th anniversary logo on the engine nacelles.
It is an Hogan snap fit model, a decent product, good enough to go in my cabinet and you know that I can be very selective.

Hopefully something will be made for the 90 th anniversary in 2023.

I attach pictures.
