MyHobbyHouse in Malaysia got theirs in about two weeks ago. I don't think any US retailers have gotten them yet. MyHobbyHouse tends to get things in early -- they have the Cargolux Not Without My Mask non-interactive as well. The Dreams Take Flight are not there yet but they said they'll ship them in about two weeks.
It's a pretty good place to order from. Their prices are pretty competitive which help offset the higher shipping costs. As a bonus, the cheapest option is usually DHL and then you'll at least get it in two days. It certainly beats paying $40 for shipping from other places abroad and then it showing up in the mail 2-3 weeks later.
As for the OP, I've got both on pre-order but if I personally had to choose just one, I'd go for the LATAM.
