All regional jets - fixed
747's -removable (except UPS which is also on the IF mould)
A310 - removable
A300/319/320/321 - fixed
MD-11's - removable

Inflight

DC-8/9/10 - fixed
747's - fixed

Gemini & JC are generally the same but these are the exceptions I'm aware of:

757 - Gemini is removable, JC is fixed
A330-200 & 300's -- Gemini is fixed, JC is removable
Concorde - Gemini is removable, JC is fixed
