export taxes??? never heard of that. buyer is responsible for postage + ANY IMPORT TAXES once it arrives in their country if over a certain limit. if its a higher value model, buyer may ask you to put a lower amount and mark as gift as to avoid taxes. only problem with that if it arrives damaged they can only claim for amount declared. but if they do ask that, then they are totally responsible for the item. no comeback on you.
