Let me know which groups you upload any progress to as I'll join to keep as up to date with your progress as possible.
Thank you - and I will do, no worries. Your continued interest is much appreciated; apologies for the late reply as I’ve not been on here for a week or so. I have been very hard at work doing the ground foil/apron and re-working the hangar. The foil was particularly difficult and took several attempts to get right. I took great care in replicating it at closely as possible; especially with getting the British road markings correct. Some parts I have to wait on doing, as the access markings to the North entrance of the Cathedral hangar were significantly altered after the Viscount House hangar blocks and the one side of the BEA hangars were demolished. I’ll need to reference aerial photos taken during the 70s-90s to get that part right for the period. I’ll probably continue building up the foils to cover all the major blocks of the maintenance area eventually, as each building is modeled. Here are some more photos of the progress after an intense week of work. The foils for the hangar are spread over 4 A4 sheets.
