Wikipedia claims the last commercial flight was in January 2019. No citation, though.

It looks like there is some airline in Jordan called Barq that did have L-1011's beyond 2010 but I can't find any other info as to when they got rid of them.
Forget about Barq Aviation. I understand Barq is kind of an obscure company that tried or is sill trying to sell L-1011 flights (with or for whatever those flight would be) in the Arab world (Afghanistan, Iraq etc.). Someone reported that the company owner and manager also tried to get one or two of his TriStars (which are in desert-storage for years) into the American register several years ago - reservation application was filed - but they never made it into it. This could imply that he wanted to sell the aircraft at the time, even it was only for selling spare parts.

All in all: Barq doesn’t count when you are looking for an airline with L-1011 revenue services.
