To clarify- I went through a rough patch that ended 6 years ago, but it started 3 years prior. I had four operations, a big cancer scare when a tumor the size of a baseball was removed from my neck, nearly died from misdiagnosed appendicitis because gangrene set into my small intestine, and my mother died. After that, life doesn't seem so bad. Even if I'm getting older, I'm glad to be alive.
