HM are absolutely brilliant for service, at least as my single experience so far. They sent me a replacement antennae for a 1:72 Stuka, no questions asked free of charge.

It took about 5-6 weeks or so, but I was CC in the emails so knew the process. They even painted it in the correct colour for the particular model.

Didn't ask for proof of purchase (I bought it used) or anything else.

Just great!
