At least you can get your money back as it was their fault for losing the parcel.
Yesterday I received a parcel via Canada Post from the UK with an Inflight200 in it. The parcel was soaking wet from the rains we had lately. The model itself is fine but the box and even the inner Styrofoam were wet. The Styrofoam will dry but the box will have the unsightly water marks when it dries. Canada Post says I should contact the sender to open a claim. Neither the sender nor the UK had anything to do with this. I don't know what to do.
All postal authorities suck at what they do.
