I asked SMA "the" question and got this reply - Thanks for the info! We have a "If it flew, we will do it" One of the great things about the MD-11, is the cool schemes the it flew in. We will do them all...Best Regards, Tom.

just set the engines to ground idle and wait for the one you want to cycle around.
