It depends if the tampon-printing is protected by a clear coat or not.
I made e few tests on an old Hogan die cast model, the printing can be removed very easily with non acetone nail polish remover without any damage for the paint.
These blank models are a real opportunity to have models that will never be made.

My vote is for cockpit and cabin windows.
