Are there also no exit markings on the real 777?

If so, no problem, otherwise, this is a little mistake of GJ...
I don't think this is a mistake. The 3L/3R doors have slides that eject from a panel on the side of the fuselage, rather than from the door itself as the other doors have. The inflatable ramp leading to the slide would cover the exit markings on the wing anyway, making them unnecessary.

I'm not completely sure about this, but I'll verify it Saturday night when I work aboard the real thing (nicknamed "The Beast" by the AA crews for its size. It's taken a lot for us to get used to having 310 passengers aboard, at AA we're not used to such large planes!) to LHR and I'll get back to you! To be honest, I've never looked for the exit markings on the wings because my jumpseat as Purser is way up front at 1L! I have seen the black landing gear stripes on the wings, though.

I look forward to GJ doing the 1/200 version of this plane.
