Published and distrubuted from Dallas, Tx. for the Airline Passenger Association, I believe this 1973 edition was the first year it was published. There are two letters on the inside cover from the APA and Flight Magazine thanking the publication for compiling such a complete and necessary annual with concise information that wasn't previously available.
