What's a widget? Dunno, but for me, this Delta scheme is one of the all time classics. This is the Green Box GBDAL0209A DC-9-32 with the first version of the widget that was soon rotated vertically and lasted for some time. Delta's liveries seem to me to have gotten worse with each new scheme, and the widget rules... Nothing as striking as a L-1011 with the widget. Outta here, Doug Seeley

I agree. But, for the sake of this thread, my favorite is Rovos Air; specifically the Convair 440. I would have loved to have been able to afford the 13 day SOUTHERN AFRICA AIR SAFARI. Since 2009, the DC-3 and CV-440 were retired when Rovos Air was sold. The new company uses a DC-9 and MD-82 or -83.
