I didn't say you didn't like the tag. I think you will find that this offer has been so heavily over subscribed that they are trying to allocate the goods as fairly as possible. I'm disgruntled about not getting my full order but hey, thats life.

I received today my order. I live in Colombia and it took about 21 days to arrive. I am very happy with this purchase and I ordered more models and stuff... the shipping is FREE.

I wouldn't be surprised if they got Dragon to run out another batch for them. Good of them to sort it out, I got a nice goodie bag from Airbus (not releated to this) a week or so ago, lot's of nice keyrings, stickers pens etc and as I mentioned before a free British Airways A380 model.

So should I just sit on my hands and wait or should I go ahead and order the models again? My CC was only charged for the 320 and 321 (7 euros. Not bad)

Checked my bank statement today and Airbus have charged me for all 3 items I ordered though only received one of them. Checked my account at the Airbus shop site and it tells me order is complete. Needless to say, an e-mail was sent straight away to find out whats going on. In the meantime just sit back and await a reply.

I also now have a complete status.. I don't like their whole progress. For me, this was the first and last time. If I'd known that this store was that rubbish I'd buy nothing, even if it was 1 euro per model.

Those $#%@! are lying. It says that all of the items were shipped and have been delivered to the customer.

Im not happy. I hope my order does come through as I really cant afford to buy the items normally. This sale is quite good. It has been almost been a month since I put my order in now (22nd May). I have sent customer service three emails and no feedback what so ever.

I hope it comes through but to be honest I am starting to get over it. I cannot imagine if they charged me for items I did not get... I do not even get any feedback now.

OK, now I'm VERY ANGRY. They crossed the line. Those THIEVES charged me for the whole order (150 euro) and just sent 1/3 of the total order. Also a invoice was included which stated that the total order was 48 euro and that only the 48 euro's would be charged.
E-mailing doesn't work. Im gonna call those ^#@^&&.. Brands Fashion GmbH or who the damn retailer/marketing thieve/company is, my a*s... So many time has past and still no answer, they are doing what they want. I don't CARE if they are overworking or something. They know that this would happen. People didn't get their models and they dare to put more items on their site (like new 1:400 A330s which is already sold out again).

I didnt check my statement. They actually CHARGED THE WHOLE ORDER????? I saw on the invoice that they only charged 7 euros, not the 30 for my original order.

I'm gonna cancel the payment or in the worst case hold the payment. My bank does that without problems..Now they can wait 6 months and see processing payment at my name.

Partial order received today. Only the 318 and 319 arrived today- 320's, 330 and 340's missing. Order placed 5/22 and full order charged to my credit card. I am seeing a pattern here...

Mailing and calling doesn't work. I called them today and the tape said send an e-mail so I kept trying and once I thought someone was on the line the tape said again please leave a message after the beep, we will call you back. Now the funny part comes, there wasn't a beep and after 20 sec I noticed that I was disconnected. Strange stuff hea?

Now they also can't show their A380 on the air show due to a collision so I think that it is a really mess up there nowadays...

EDIT: I also noticed that their site is down due to maintenance.. Grrr.. It's getting funnier...

I've had the exact same problem. I ordered around May 20 and the orders have been stuck on Processing. Now they charged me the full amount and I have got one package that had 1 of the 7 models I ordered (the cheapest one) with an invoice claiming all were in the box!! Unbelievable, and now I see others are dealing with this too. I have had to resort to filing a claim with my credit card company - as I sent more than 5 emails over 3 weeks, none of which were answered or acknowledged.

Terrible service, I will not pay for something I am not receiving.

Is Airbus sanctioning this website? If so, maybe someone could contact Airbus and tell them this shop seems to be ripping people off and leaving them in the dark.

I don't get it.

All my goodies arrived last week in Australia and everything as ordered was delivered.
I'm not suggesting all is good for you guys and understand the frustration but noting the number of buyers that came from DAC and 400SH alone must have flooded them probably more than they realised or were prepared for.

I hope it works out for you guys.

My first order arrived complete (all 7 models) in just two weeks (very fast for Brazil). The second (with an A380 and 3 t-shirts) was shipped today (I received a message from Airbus Shop confirming the shipping just now)!

Adding my experience -- Ordered one of each of the 1/400 models on 5/21. Credit card was charged the entire amount. Received 4 of the models (A318, A319, A321, A330-200F) today. All models indicate as "shipped" online; invoice included with models only shows the 4 that were actually delivered, and only shows my credit card being charged for those 4. Sent an e-mail, received an auto-reply "We're really busy" and supposedly they'll reply within 5 days.

I understand if they managed to oversell, it happens, but some communication would be nice. The main issue I have is having my credit card charged for the full amount weeks ago, only to receive a partial order & no explanation as to if/when the remainder will be arriving.

Because we have the /1 on the end of our invoice numbers, I thought that may indicate a partial fulfillment i.e. the next shipment would be the same invoice number but with a /2 on the end. So far, changing the /1 to a /2 on the DHL reference # tracking site doesn't show anything en route to me. Worth a try, I guess.

I guess I'm lucky, my still says 'pending payment' from the 22nd May. There are some sad stories.

Is it too late to cancel my order( I ask here because they won't reply to my emails). I'd like my items (was looking forward to the watch) but I really don't think they will send anything and I don't want to get charged. I also dOnt like having the thought I can get charged €200(I did buy a few things, jacket, watch, umbrella etc) at random for nothing, I can use that money elsewhere now and if I did I cannot afford to get a random charge on my credit card from the airbus shop.

I've ''almost'' got my 100 euro of the 148 euro back so that's now the problem of Airbus. People are also on vacation till the end of July so that's also not smart of Airbus:

AT LAST!!! I got a similar email. At least there is some sort of feedback.

Well basically the posts that indicated that Airbus had a computer system to indicate when an item was sold out are not correct. This email indicates the scope was there to order sold out items. Or another option is they did not prioritise their orders, or posted them to local areas first which would hve been cheaper than posting halfway around the world.

Arrived yesterday at home after two weeks on vacation and I found on my door step a lage box containing the item I ´ve purchased at airbus shop. Besides the T-shirts , stickers etc I got a complimentary pen. And the A380 poster is fantastic!
