Smile Display Case Hunt

Hey guys! I have been going crazy looking for a good Display Case/Cabinet/Shelf to display my collection. I am not able to find any good display cases. I found a great one on Ikea, and I know a lot of people have it, but since I dont have an Ikea near me, the shipping comes out to $350 for a $65 shelf, so that is not do-able. My last resort is to buy some bookshelves at Walmart or Target and just display them on there. Do you guys have any suggestions?? How do you guys display your collection (display case or bookshelf)?? Thanks in advance for the help.

Maybe consider the wire shelving available through home depot/lowes? You can always get a sturdy plastic shelf liner so the models can rest on that.

If you are limiting your collection to 1:400, most aircraft will fit on audio CD case size shelves ....

If you have an American Appliance Store where you live, go there and ask about 'curio cabinets'. They have a few that have a good look for displaying models, at good prices too.
