Red face 1:500 scale trucks

I am planning to construct a small cargo terminal and was looking for some trucks to go with it however all I could find were 1:500 scale. So does 1:500 scale trucks work well with. A 1:400 scale airport.

Did you read your question?
Your asking if 1:500 will go well with a 1:400 airport. They wouldn't really work, they would be 100x smaller than needed to "fit" the aircraft properly.
If they're not too expensive You could give it a shot an see how you like it, but my educated answer and advice would be to search eBay and not waste your $$$ on 1:500 when your airport is 1:400.

Just my $0.02

Try this website for trucks, trailers and containers Norbtach's pages you will have to adjust for the the scale you are using, but it's worth it as the are very detailed.

You might want to check your math there. That doesn't make any sense.

A :500 scale model is smaller than a :400 scale model by a ratio of 4/5. For a A380, this is an easily noticeable difference. For a truck, not nearly as obvious. The smaller the item is, the less it matters.

I haven't tried them myself yet, but others report there are props from the model railroad world at :450, and these are said to work well enough.
