Default How about more DC9s using SMA moulds?

I hope to see more DC9 releases using the SMA moulds. It would be great to see a new or existing model company use these moulds. Have you guys heard anything about the future of these moulds?

I think the new GJ DC-9 Aeromexico is on the SMA mould.

Sure would like to see someone do all the Air Canada DC-9-30 color schemes that nobody else has done yet, the red stripe, the burgandy and red stripes and the final white body/green tail.

No it's definitely the GJ mould. Check out the picture.

The wing to fuselage seam, nose and low-mounted engines look like all the previous GJ releases.

Certainly looks like a GJ mould to me too, but the panel-painting on the wing's upper surface looks like it's been changed (which is a good thing). I don't mind GJ's mould, though I'd love to see SMA's DC-9 moulds re-surface.

Default More DC-9s

I see loads of possibilities for use of those moulds.

For example, re-doing a bunch of the original Aeroclassics Baby9s.
Southern
Republic
TWA Twin stripe
Eastern

Then maybe some original Midway.

Just a suggestion.
