Default New JCW moulds: An-24 and An-26

JC Wings just shared this on their story in Instagram with 2 Russian props: An-24 and An-26. Judging by their sizes relative to the hand, my assumption that these are 1:400 moulds. I am waiting for JC confirmation.

Here is the link to JC's Instagram story: https://instagram.com/stories/jcwing...um=share_sheet

Your point is correct! I just based on the rear APU Exhaust to distinguish the 24 and 26 but I forgot to check the engines. So that is an -32 not -26. And to make it the 32 to 26 we just need to switch the -24 wingset over?

The only difference I remember between the 24 and 26 is the hinges for the rear cargo door?

Looking sideway, the ramp is the key point to distinguish An-24 and An-26. However from top view it is a bit harder to tell the differences as the wingspan are the same for An-24 and -26 (29.3m) and 10cm shorter at 29.2m for An-32. The fuselage length depends on the tail cone shape of each aircraft. The An 24 is V-shaped and An-26 is round and larger area. The illustration is from airvectors.net

On the fron one, the 24, both engine nacelles look similar but the starboard one should have the APU exhaust.

very interesting choice for jc. It appears these soviet/russian models like the tu-134 an tu-204 are very popular these days

They always have been popular, it just took a bit of competition between manufacturers to finally open the floodgates !

Looks like a -26 (broader rear fuselage to accomodate the ramp and most had the forward observation blister which the -24 didn't, that is also visible on the mould) and a -32 to my eye. This is awesome news!
There's a few of these I'll be after as flown ons!
I wonder if they'll do a -24 fuselage (or -26 if I'm mistaken) as well, down the track?
Well done JC!

Great news and among my holy grail wants. With the fuselage longer aft of the wing than in front, just hope they are not tail-sitters!

They are not going to be released by this Christmas. Maybe the one after

I asked JC a few weeks ago and they said they 'didn't have the full test samples yet'.

They didn't perhaps let slip precisely what these moulds were?
They very much appear to be An-26 and An-32, but I am hoping that an An-24 mould (could get away with just a new fuselage) is also lurking in their plans.
