Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"
"you're the gourmet around here, Ed!"

Most likely Gemini jets will announce the same model and registration also, With so many freighters models that exist and everybody take out the same ones over and over. Lack of imagination maybe ??

I would say GJ would not release the same DHL A333P2F as they have not been releasing full DHL colors aircraft (only partial paint in the tail - operated by contractors) recently so they might not do that to this DHL A333. Besides, JC had released this and the two brands tend not to release the very exact models all over again (with the exception of recent Turkish 787). As there is currently a singe A330P2F in DHL, reg repetition is unavoidable. And the model sells well so manufacturers rush it into the consumer.

I cannot understand why so many manufacturers are doing the same models again and again in a saturated market.

How can Phoenix, Gemini Jets and JC Wings produce all these models and not be sitting on huge stockpiles of unsold inventory? Unsold inventory has working capital tied up and opportunity costs involved.

The only manufacturer who knows what to produce and how much to produce is the shrewd AeroClassics boss, Andrew Klein.

Many AeroClassics models sell out moments after they are announced and most others are totally sold in 3-4 months. That is the perfect business model.

Agreed, Andrew Klein sells mostly retro aircraft models, but then what is stopping others from doing so?

I think DHL liveries generally sell pretty well so there will not be an over-supply.
Nothing for me this month.

Because having models on the shelves of their retailers attracts people to the brand.

Some people, for better or worse, have brand loyalty or simply just want some uniformity in their fleets. If you have 30 Phoenix A330s an NG or Gemini one might stick out and vice versa. Contemporary stuff from big airlines almost always appears to have no trouble selling out no matter who the manufacturer is though.

Guess for those like me who may have missed out on the previous run Personally I am looking forward to Phoenix releasing the A380s as I'd like to pick a few of them up to complete my collection
