I have had the embarrassment of arriving in Los Angeles aboard this aircraft ... way too SoCal ... much prefer the Dot Com 734 ... but I'm still getting this one

While it is a bit much (and I have an intense dislike of all cartoon liveries) I need it for the ever-expanding Alaska Airlines compilation. I bet those graphics were not easy to accomplish.

My LAX hangar will grow by at least one plane this month. This looks like a sharp mould, though I do wish the first 734 release wasn't a Disney plane.

Can you say BA World Tail 734s in our future!

Default Great mould; cheesy subject

I think the mould is fantastic and a big leg up on the DW version. I flew this plane between Anchorage and Fairbanks and it spoiled the natural beauty of the state. This model is an eye sore; I agree with Gordon. But when released in the standard Alaska livery will be super.

Well,
All I can say is that I am from Alaska AND I have never been to Disneyland.
So... If I was able to fly on this plane from my hometown, Fairbanks to Disneyland I would be Sh*ttin' bricks big time !!

Alaska is great, but it is sure nice to get a break from time to time.

Not just another Mickey Mouse outfit, hey Gordon!

I think I'll have to have one for me and one for my Brother. Said "Mickey Mouse outfit" signs his paychecks!!!

Very nice. Since the real ones are disappearing, we seriously need a US Airways 737-400. Piedmont launch colors too.

This one is nice!
Okay, not for the livery, but for the fact that Gemini now has a 737-400 mould an that it's Alaska!
Now one in standard colors, please!
And US Airways!

Arrow Still wanting -700 Alaska and the DC-3 of Aero Classics.

Big Alaska fan. Will get this but this is not the norm for the Company. Too JAL like. I have those too. I got the Viking Custom of Seahawk's 1 so I will get this also. The color of blue reminds me of KAL.

Folks, maybe I've severe problems with my eyes today or I see a 737-800like fuselage here

Doesn't that bird look tooooo long for a 734

Hope everything's correct with it and that it's only my eyes who are a bit irritated today.
Air Berlin 734 - the bird I've been on so often - would be good.

the 734 is kinda long you know ... the problem is that most people (in the USA at least) never see the 734 and they are only used to seeing the 733

This is what I wish Gemini Jets would do with this mould ...

make a normal Alaska 734 ... not the dot.com aircraft ... not the Spirit of Alaska aircraft ... just a simple, normal Alaska 734. (better yet split the run and make 4 of them!)

Can never get enough Alaska models!

So true!

That's why I'd like to see Dragon Wings release another 737-990, which is for public sale then and I'd like to see Gemini Jets use Tucano MD-80 mould for another Alaska MD-82/83 (of course not N940AS or N979AS!).

And of course, let's not forget Horizon Air!

Check it out the next time this bird flies overhead- Minnie Mouse is shootin' em a bird on the underfuselage and you can only see it when the plane is directly overhead. Hilarious sh*t.

Finally I have been waiting for this one for some time. I am just glad that its not Tucano/Phoenix/DoDo Diecast/Golden Wings etc etc that is making this one. Thank you Gemini.

Despite the fact I *HATE* this livery, I will get it as I am a HUGE Alaska Air fan. Good to see GJ's making new moulds, though I would prefer a 737-300 (Southwest Mustard rocket!!). It will be interesting to see how GJ's 734 stacks up against DW's 734...and yes, bring on the USAir/ US Airways 737-400.
