Default These Particular Models Are Quite Nice

These two models are in general quite good and they are at this time the best in class and no other manufacturer has done better.

Isn't that great footage. As cool as the airplane is, seeing Elvis in this setting is even more cool. How my Mother loved him.

Truly is great footage. They did a great job with the montage and "A Little Less Conversation" song. Seeing Elvis and the plane is one of those magical moments.

I love using Twitter 24/7. I cannot handle jokes of any kind and I unironically think we must cancel Spirit Airlines for plagiarizing Hughes Airwest's livery because Hughes had an all-yellow livery first.

On a real note, I agree. they look like amazing models. That DC-9 moulding is on point. Neither of those have any glaring errors to my eyes. They really show what manufacturers are truly capable of today.

Gemini is absolutely in top form when it comes to their Mil aircraft (GeminiMacs)!! And their C-5's are testament to that! Im glad to be in possession of the Super Galaxy but now wish they could make another C-5B so I can replace the Dragon version that I have!! For anyone liking their military aviation like I do, Geminimac's A400M also is nothing short of stunning!!

I mean he’s not wrong.

The GJ C-5 is a little better than the DW and AC still has the best DC9.

Curious as to why you'd want to replace the DW? I always liked mine but never got the GJ as I didn't like its v.tail shape.

On the A400M I really was positively surprised. Very nicely done.

I just assumed GJ took ownership of the mould after Dragon pulled out of mainstream production ? What exactly are the differences ?

Im not sure why I stay up until the wee hours of the morning and post. My post was totally wrong and I have removed it and I apologize for my conspiracy theory. It was totally wrong. I had my facts mixed up..I will leave those posts that quoted me untouched.

Dam.... so much for the wild wild west.

Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"

The AC Hughes Airwest 727 was part of a weird twin pack release (2004). It included a Phoenix DC-9-30. The Phoenix has a much lighter shade of yellow while the SMA yellow matches perfectly with the 727. So, the Phoenix just sits in the box.

Exactly what I did. Hughes F-27 sits with them to complete the trio.

Yeah, I remember that set. If anything ever needs a re-release, it's that Hughes Airwest 727...

What's amazing is that all three were released in 2004. Now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the Frontier CV-580.

I agree. But, as a single release. No oddball twin packs.

I have no Hughes Airwest in my collection, but this is a great period montage, way up on my favorite video list and the background Elvis song is killer. Just great, Doug
