I very much doubt these Tristars are the upcoming December releases.

Models I want to see in 1/400:
Boeing 737-200/300 Condor (grey), Boeing 737-500 Air France, Boeing 747-200B SAA (white belly), McDonnell Douglas DC-9-32 Aero Lloyd
What happened to the release? Did they just fall off the face of the Earth?
Aeroclassics are always released at roughly the same time and that is on a Friday 4pm PST. They will be with us soon and it won't be those Tristars above.

OK, I’ll check here around that time. Thank you!

Yes indeed and why did somebody post those old Tristar releases anyway ?

I gotta second that. That is all.

I totally agree Doug.
Of course people can support who they like politically even actively, but there's no place for it in the hobby. Well that's how I feel. Just don't want or like people to use the forum to forward their politcal preferences.
there have been several folks banned for week , then a year and finally for life , for discussing politics/ As my friend said above , this is a hobby forum where we all come to relax and have fun.
i would hate see folks banned for political discussions. There are forums for that and it can be done there.
all be well

Yes those are all old releases - in fact some of the first Lockness Tristars. They aren't this month's. Wally!
Exactly! A 'Red Herring' !!! With the current TriStar flood of models on the market and criticism of the AC TriStar mould, I don't think we will see any more from AC.

The missing B.707s still needed to be done in 1/400: Uganda Airlines, Luxair,
DC-8s still needed to be done in 1/400: UAT, Iberia ('80s scheme), Air Ceylon, Air Spain, Seaboard World (-63CF)
Aeroclassics Comets still missing- Dan Air (4 & 4C), United Arab Airlines/Misrair/Egyptair, Kuwait AW, Sudan AW, East African AW, Saudi Royal Flt.
Nice set for December release. Many nice models.
I hoped the Icelandair would be in the original colors so I still have to wait for another release in future with the original colors. Anyway I take the Icelandair and the limited SAS if I can get it (maybe some more).
The photo is from Icelandic Aviation Museum web site. When TF-FIE first arrived to Iceland in June 24, 1967.
The Maroc is and it looks like the Libyan is too. If you’re era-specific like me, I know these things matter. The RAM 727 was a 1977 delivery; I can’t make out from a 1978 photo whether or not it had a grey belly from the outset but it definitely had one by 1983. I think the Libyan might have been the same; 5A-DIA was delivered in 1975 and from all the photos I can see, it has a grey belly in late 70s/early 80s. Tragically, this aircraft was destroyed in an accident in Tripoli on 22.12.1992 with a loss of 157 lives.

Fantastic releases! I gotta have all the B727's. I ran into difficulties last evening getting my order through, when I went back at it this morning, the one model I really wanted, AVIACSA B722, is no longer available. Apart from Jetcollector.com, are there any other Aeroclassics retailers I might try?

Buchair perhaps? there's also one or two sellers on ebay that seem to get the new releases.
