Aeroclassics Aer Lingus is a big one. Same with Air India. Both easily go $400 +.

The classic green top goes for the most out of these but don't think I've seen them top $400. The green top got close at $350 about two weeks ago on the bay, the original white livery for $240.
Also saw the green top go for $120 2 months ago in another listing so its not always crazy pricey. Probably should have grabbed that one given the recent listing haha.
No matter how rare they are, they always come up eventually with some patience.
Would say that the Varig 747-300 or a Viasa 747-200 are the priciest. Both of those recently sold on ebay for $500 each (plus shipping!!). And i recall them going for $300 plus 10 years ago. That's the most I've seen go on 1:400s (Delta CRJ 900s aside).
I snagged a second Viasa 747-200, this one with a snapped nose gear, for only £29 earlier this week (somehow). Now just need to find a replacement nose gear and it'll be good as new!
Aeroclassics National 747-100 in the sun king livery. its rare enough ive never seen ones except a few from china re sellers that are always listed at around $100. i was extremely lucky and found one on a obscure plastic model kit website for $23 last summer. its far superior to the gemini model.
How do the BOAC, CP Air, and TMA freighter 747s go? Much demand?
My favourite 747 is actually the Aeroclassics 747-400 EL AL.
But they are all beauties.

Favourite manufacturers - Aeroclassics ("just like a fine wine, they only get better with time"), also like El Aviador, and NG Models.
How do the ... TMA freighter 747s go? Much demand?

The TMA 747 release IMO has a place in my top five of most botched up releases.
I love TMA's liveries (the green 1974 and the pre-1973 scheme even more so) and did some artwork and research on these. So, much did I anticipate the BB release but was shocked to see most everything being messed up. Consequently I'm not surprised to see the database price index to be below retail.
I'd LOVE NG for doing a re-release on this one once a 741 mould materializes - or NG just send me a blank model to do it custom style.
