Default NG Model - 1:400 October 2020 "Hints"

Following on quickly from yesterday's September 2020 release photographs, NG Model have provided the following "hints" for their October 2020 release. The formal announcement will be made shortly.

I'm seeking clarification on one of the models, so there may well be an additional model to add to the list.

Boeing 738

SP-XXX (brought forward from last Month)
N26XXX
N57XXX

Boeing 752

VT-XXX
VT-XXX
SX-XXX

Boeing 789

F-HXXX
B-13XX

Boeing 747SP

EP-XXX

Airbus A333

9M-XXX

Airbus A359

9M-XXX
9M-XXX

EP- on a 747SP might not be too hard to guess.

The SX- 757 mightbe GainJet, though I wouldn't mind Venus Air SX-BBZ.

N57XXX, hmmm, maybe another Alaska? I'm speculating N570AS which is the Honoring Those Who Serve livery.
Other than that, I don't think I would need anything else. We'll see about the N26XXX as I am not sure.

Looks like an Alaska HTWS and an eastern 738 this month, a few Malaysians, and an Air France 787

Boeing 738
SP-XXX - LOT Polish; unchanged from last month
N26XXX - United new livery re-release
N57XXX - Alaska HTWS

Boeing 752
VT-XXX - India something
VT-XXX - India something; special livery version
SX-XXX - Greece something

Boeing 789

Boeing 747SP
EP-XXX - Iran Air

Airbus A333

Overall, not a great month for North American collectors, but happy to see those across the pond may get something good!

Ok, so I'm speculating N26### as a United old Star Alliance. A re-release of the Evo Globe will be great, yet I never saw a re-release of an identical aircraft with a different reg. We'll see.
Yes the N57### is an Alaska. Old livery, HTWS, or Cars I guess.

Interesting hints, not sure there's much for me but there's a few that I'd be interested in.

737

SP-xxx - my guess would be enter air as that's been more requested than LOT

N26xxx - not too sure

N57xxx - Alaska, I'd imagine it'll be a special livery of some kind.

757

VT-XXX x2 - Probably blue dart as that's been requested a few times

SX-XXX - Olympus Cargo 757. NG were asking about it a few months ago

787

F-HXXX - Air France
B-13XX - could be hainan or Xiamen air UN livery

747sp

EP-XXX - Iran Air

A330

9M-XXX - Air Asia

A350

9M-XXX x2 - Malaysian Airlines. One in the regular livery, one in the flag livery.

Alot of variety this month. Hoping to see more European narrow bodies next month 🙂 🙂

No L-1011's????

A very cheap month for me. If the 747SP is Iran Air in the *cheatline delivery livery,* it will be a sure buy. Otherwise, I get to shop around for what others are relasing this month.

Is it a 1/200 scale model? I didn't see anything posted on the 1/200 side.

NG Model have confirmed that the October 2020 release will include their first commemorative "fantasy" model, further details will be announced with the formal release update. The model will be an Airbus A359 with the registration G-A359, no further details on the livery at this time.

Following the wildly successful fantasy Ferrari B787 by Phoenix, perhaps a G-reg fantasy A350 will have a Porsche or AMG livery

I agree, United older Star Alliance with grey engines, with Scimitars, which hasn't been done yet.

Surely to god it's this. Missed opportunity if not. The current livery SP surely wouldnt be as popular imo.

Well now that the 350 is established, Who else is really eager to see the next mold NG will announce?!? What are your guys thoughts? I think many of us would really like to see a Modern Narrowbody mold(s), even though it would definitely not surprise me if they keep doing retro molds.

Here’s what I think NG’s schedule for new molds will look like:
- Airbus A320/319 - early to mid 2021
- Boeing 737NG (-700, -900) - mid 2021
- Boeing 747-100 - mid 2021
Maybe some others as well that I am not aware of. This is purely a prediction so don’t quote me on it

Exciting news!! Can't wait to see what's coming next!!
I'd love to see an A320/A319 mould. Also, It'd be nice to see a new engine option (GE/P&W) for the A330s.

I've heard about the 73G (737-700), A319/320 and also 767 coming. Hopefully we can see them soon!

73G being released with other good stuff = death to my wallet. I need like five Southwest, not including specials, for KLGB. Hoping it's not too soon

767-400!! Not a ton of liveries, but there are virtually zero in 1:400.

I believe NG have also stated their intent to make a 757-300. Any of the models on that list. I would love to see NG make some regional 1/400 regional Jets in the future 🙂 🙂

Huh ? Dragon Wings and Herpa have the 767-400 well covered already. Granted, a better mould would not go amiss.

ACs 747 re-appears just in time when there's NGs on the horizon.
So my hopes would be that the same is true for the 727s.

The Iran SP looks good, I’m excited to see the Alaska, and I’m happy you did another registration on the United, instead of just a rerelease.

Iranair B747SP will look amazing I'm sure. Definitely want that. I remember seeing them in that livery at Heathrow when I was a kid. Nice memories.
