Default Phoenix BA Landor 777-200 G-VIIC pics.

A few pics for those that were asking how the Phoenix 777 holds up. The issue of the wonky engine cowling applies (slightly) to the starboard example, but the port side looks absolutely fine. I've seen worse examples in recent dealer pics.

Yeh colours look spot on as far as the pictures are showing. Also looks like the window line is correct, unlike their Boeing house colours attempt. Looking forward to mine arriving.

Only thing I don't like about that one is the BA text is a bit wierd. That and lack of antenna, but nobody was doing those back then.

Ah, therein lies the rub. Maybe replace some 747s if those 'new and improved' versions materialize, but gotta stop somewhere... Doug

If space permits... why not have them both for side by side comparison!

Funny - here's another parallel to my thoughts. I have done exactly that, often adding one or a couple additional moulds of the same model. I have too many examples, and I'm streamlining - selling a bunch. I yesterday entered two Gemini Jets Lufthansa on the 'For Sale' section as a trial run to see if I could employ the direct DA.C sales route, but no bites, and it looks as if I'll have to go eBay, maybe sell a couple at a time to avoid a logistics nightmare. Keep 'em flying, Doug
