Looking forward even more to the delayed TAP L-1011 being released.

That DHL 737 is looking good! 757s looking great as always
The Spirit A321 engines look to be hanging a little low!
Also NG why does some of the wheel hubs on the Tristars and 737s have detail to make look like hubs and other's don't and are just flat? The detail looks great but seems to be only on one side of a the Tristars and 737s

Yeah where's the R2D2?

DON'T BE DECEIVED,IM ALSO A BIG LOVER OF THE MIL STUFF!!!!
I've never heard of a Xian Y-20 before, but oh my, they are very nice looking military transporters. Kind of reminds me of a certain military transporter the USAF used to use until 2006. Based on how these Y-20s look, I would say NG would do a superb job on this USAF transporter that no manufacturer has yet dared try to release!
Waffle has pictures of the TAP Tristar on his Facebook page so guess it’s here!
I normally don't check his FB page, so I missed that photo! He doesn't make reference to it at his website listing of new NG's, and it didn't come up on a search of his site. (I suspect they were probably sold out on pre-sale) But then I checked my orders, and it's on the way! Will post photos when it arrives.

The issue of this minor detail has been mentioned a few times here in various threads - not sure why NG only had the wheel hubs detailed on one side, it should be on both as per the 1:1. Being on one side only means it's an entirely random affair as to how these are assembled during production, and the mixed bag of blank/detail-facing hubs spoils the effect of super detail on the model overall. JC Wings etc. have detailed hubs on both sides, don't see why NG can't.
They addressed the issue with forward slant of the #1 & #3 intakes on the L-1011 (Air India being the first of the revised models) so perhaps they may still address the wheel hubs next. Hopefully in time for the B.747-SP, as the first release on this new mould is imminent; the issue might otherwise be found on those, too It's a shame that these things could not have been fully worked out before production began, but hey, that's life in 1:400 land
Nice bunch this month - nothing for me though, wallet gets a rest as well. Phew!

I think it’s aleatory, some with less paint have it right and others with more paint can’t be seen, (That happens on both of my NG 787s). So probably one machine leaves more paint, and another less. I guess

I don’t think this has anything to do with paint application - the plastic part for the wheel hub has the detail moulded (or 3D printed) on one side only, I can see that quite clearly on the models I have (with the L-1011’s anyway; perhaps the 787’s are different).
