Sold my GJ one sometime last year. I have no idea why manus have stayed away from Air India 77W releases? This will be popular for sure as the Star Alliance if ever it gets made.

Star alliance would also be a nice release, I agree.

I politely disagree. Have you ever held the GJ version in your hand? Some liveries just look stunning in 1/400. I have to say my GJ version looks incredible and this is on the cradle mould with no ariels, sat nav domes, or detailed leading gear. As long as JC gets the colors correct, this won't be on the market for long.

Awesome! I'll definitely be getting one of these. Canadian customers can preorder directly on the prairie diecast website?

Will other retailers sell these as well?

www.diecastairplane.com allegedly getting their hands on this model, is well, news to me. Considering that I have not yet authorized any wholesale sales to anywhere in North america, this is even more surprising. I have yet to even confirm selling a single model to a distributor, wholesaler, or any retailer besides Simon at Bedfordshire.

Suffice to say that I would not count on any pre-orders being fulfilled

I didn't know these were an exclusive. I simply have an email from JC Wings offering them to dealers. You might want to have a talk with them if they are not supposed to be doing that.

Nothing personal of course, Just comes as a complete surprise to me. I am not alleging any illegal activity here. But, I mean, the thread does say Prairie Diecast exclusive. And I don't see any other retailer offering them for pre-order. I would be surprised if JC offered them to a single store in all of north america. Situation is rather odd but I am not jumping to any conclusions and am making no specific allegations.

I thought that they had sent out the email to all JC Wings distributors. Exclusive models show up all the time in our emails, mostly due to the first retailer not being able to sell all the models and authorizing the manufacturer to offer the extras around. If that's not what you want to happen it's sure worth following up with them.

Very difficult for one dealer to move that many pieces single handedly.

I find it quite interesting that this model has a DIMA ID already yet the Westjet 737-600 doesn't. What could be the problem there I wonder.

I apologize in advance for any unfulfilled pre-orders by other retailers.

Interesting. We'll see if the retailers from the Netherlands will get this as well.
