That's not fun to hear after spending $50 on a model.

Sigh. I've been encountering this a lot in the past several years. Sometimes not a big deal but other times the loose parts can inadvertantly cause more damage, especially if the cradle isn't tight enough. Things like scratches from loose parts, paint scrubbing off the fuselage because its not rubbing the cradle, broken nose gears from impacting the cradle too often because the wings came off.... you name it. It seems each manufacturer has had problems with this issue. Aeroclassics, Gemini, JC, Aviation400, Phoenix... even NG models have shown up with loose parts.

In my not inconsiderable experience Phoenix are especially poor at putting models together, and yet they appear to have loads of fanboys online. I don't really understand it. Gemini get so much criticism for this but Phoenix are worse.

I agree it can happen to any manufacturer but I in the quantitative evidence from buying hundreds of models Phoenix are worst, followed by Gemini, Aeroclassics, JC Wings, Panda and then NG Models in that order. I can't recall ever having an issue like this with AV400.

I only have one single Phoenix model, and since then never bought another one... also, do you have any images if it?

I'm convinced that the love for Phoenix comes from their focus on special liveries. If someone puts out any form of special livery, you can bet Phoenix will attempt it.

Just these last few months they've been spitting out the Etihad "Choose", Greenliner and Man City liveries, Virgin and Latam Star Wars, the Sichuan Chengu 2021 A330 and the Cargolux 50 Years livery (and i know ive missed a few). The quality is not the best but the niche works for them, they are the stars of Facebook.

I have many Phoenix models in my collection, mostly not those colorful schemes, but I've never had any issues with any of their models.

Most of my collection is PH but I also received this Aeroflot A350 last week and some landing gear fell off.. This is the first model in my collection with damage after I received it.. I don't know how much they make of each model, but there will always be a few with some issues..

I have many Phx too in my collection. This manufacturer made some good models, but about A350, I prefer JCW.

Agreed, Phoenix A350 mould is rubbish. My first preference is Aviation400 and JC wings second.

I picked up every 77W release from them'PHX'
for years and never had a single issue with a one. Now JCW's, that's a diff story that included glue and a little touch up paint.

I don't like JCW, but still doubting about the Evelop A350 since they are the only one who made them.. I am also waiting for my first AV400 Air Caraibes A350-1000..
