Default Announcement by NG

Thanks for all of your concern in the last 24 hours. We did have an unknown problem with our instagram page though, we don’t think we did anything wrong, and we're working with the platform(ins) to resolve it. If there’s any new progress we will let you know.

Fair play NG.

I am actually quite shocked (or perhaps not) at some of the politically-motivated nationalistic comments on the now closed thread (it seems freedom of speech only goes so far), be rest assured most collectors from all Countries are far more open-minded.

Of course if they practiced what they preached, they could always take their factories to their home Country, wherever that may be.

Keep on rolling out fantastic models NG, and don't rise to the bait, it stands you in very good stead.

A plea to all manufacturers - please keep politics and bias off the forum. Ok if you need to correct inaccuracies, that is understandable.

Good to see you're doing well.
Unfortunately it seems like that it doesn't need much to bring the worst out of some peoples (not related to this forum as nobody takes advantage from bashing ANY manufacturer - don't bite the hand that feeds you - and...NO, constructive criticism is not bashing).

Firstly welcome back NG! I knew it was some explainable glitch somewhere! I totally agree with some of the guys on here to put political differences aside!
IMHO what happens on the political spectrum ( good or bad!!), we're not here as collectors to get involved in that! Yes I do have a political side, but it never ever comes out on forums like this, or social media for that matter. I'm here to enjoy my hobby, plain and simple! The only thing I'm concerned with and base all my collecting decisions on is......
...QUALITY OF THE MODEL(S)!!! That's it! Nothing more, nothing less!! If a manufacturer engages with the collectors, does its research properly, has a keen eye for detail and is relatively decent with their pricing, then you'll tick all my boxes! I'm sure this goes for the majority of you!
Anyway, glad everything is okay NG!! 😀👍

Glad to see NG Model is doing fine, as I anticipate purchasing their A350 in the near future.

While it might have been premature to assume a certain other manufacturer was behind their technical difficulties, it was quite unsurprising yet amusing to see the strong backlash from people affiliated with the most substandard manufacturers in the 1/400 space. Don't let such comments dissuade any other manufacturer and collector.

You are so correct. Looking back now, it should have all been left alone and let the multitude of false accusations to have continued on. It was a mistake breaking up the vicious free for all..Sleep well tonight as all is well...

No idea what has been going on, but hope all is well! NG are my favourite manufacturer by far. Keep up the great work. My recent arrvials are the L1011 of Air India and A330 of BMI with a few others too.

With the help of Instagram, our page successfully reopened.

To hopefully close the discussion, at no stage have NG Model stated or inferred that any manufacturer was responsible for the issues with the Instagram account and other statements made in connection with this matter. During such worrying times for the World, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our best wishes to the owner of ADI/Gemini Jets and his family and hope that the personal family emergency is speedily resolved.

NG Model remains committed to producing new and innovative models for the collecting community in the future. Thank you again for your ongoing support.

Amazing what a 12 year old behind a keyboard can do to start trouble..Whats more amazing is how many were so gullible and quick to fan the flames..

Not sure if you're referring to me starting the thread but I had no intention of starting any trouble. I simply posted what rumours I heard and was seeing if anyone had any more info. Anyway, I wish everyone at ADI well. And nice to see you back NG 🙂

Also would love to know how China is responsible for all the worlds evils, as has been posted on the locked thread and not even removed.

I am sure if such an accusation was made against the USA, that would rightly have been removed (and actually I expect the poster would have been banned). I'm not Chinese but I find that remark deeply offensive as well as being incredibly untrue. Sorry, its just wrong to see such an attack on a Country on here. Nowhere's perfect but lets not go there.

As collectors we simply do not want to read such hyperbole on a models forum.

Could not agree more with you. Even as an American, I cringed at such language and I am disappointed it was allowed to persist. To me, such language says more about the insecurities of the individual rather than a damning commentary on a particular government. I would prefer to see more constructive comments about this hobby. NG, good to see you back and Gemini, I will certainly buy some of your moulds and I would definitely like to see the JC 777 mould in your lineup in the near future.

Keep up the good work NG. I appreciate as many the output of models your offer. As I appreciate other manufacturer for their particular offerings. In your case, I’m willing to wait for releases that others put out in attempts to reduce your market and I Hope most collectors are able to see thru the smoke and support the best products out there. Being from whichever manufacturer.

I think NG is offering good notch quality in model and print. I look forward to your releases. Particularly for me the 400 scale series.

Good luck.
