A couple of things, do the two Tristars and A330's have the low detail wheel hubs again ? And is the window line on the Virgin Australia A330 a little bit too high ? I'm not sure if this applies to the BMI example ?

Gosh, 1:400 collectors are in for a treat with this set of releases. I wonder if NG will produce a model of the L-1011-1 in the 1970s House livery?

Looks spot on to me Al. Added a couple of black lines on the images.

I wonder anyway to track sales numbers of the Hillary 737 vs the Trump 757, given the demographics of most collectors in the US, I wonder how well these sell.

I like the Sands L1011, is it grounded forever?

I thought the Four Seasons 757 was Air New Zealand but apparently a luxury business jet, I wonder of it was always painted black.

I would really like to know what it looks like inside the Sands aircraft in real life

Northwest 757 is looking outstanding. They really nailed the color on it; not easy to do, on that given livery. Especially since several other attempts have seen the use of the dreaded disco glitter.

Sun Country for me. Not totally surprised at the Clinton campaign airplane. Didn't Gemini make Obama's B757?

From first glance, these models look great. The nose gears on the 737’s look like the correct height, and the L-1011engines look correct. Also the A330 window lines look good. Also ordered the Hilary plane. I’d rather remember her then the Dump Trump 757. Keep up the great job NG !!

this was an expensive month for me...

the southwest 737 - N8327B - is a frame i have flown on before and i remember requesting this one. thanks NG!

the sun country new livery is also something i remember chanting a parade up for, as well as the LVS l1011. bought those two.

+ the two united 757s for me. wonder where photos of those are at

ToddCB: Note the difference between the Sands and Air India L-1011-500s.
To my casual and dubious eye, the Air India is the first NGM Tristar to have the 1 and 3 engine intakes canted to the rear. Finally.

KLM4me: I wonder if NG will produce a model of the L-1011-1 in the 1970s House livery?
I'm on board with that - the one livery that's never been done, altho the later -500 prototype I think was done by somebody (Blue Box. maybe?)), but not well.

Doug

In terms of the performance of the A330s, that seems to be the case.
Judging from the current production schedule, products after July will fix these problems.

Thank you for your final approval.

It appears as though there may have been two of them, one of them the very first prototype. (According to the Delta Museum who acquired a 65-feet section of the fuselage and is on display there but repainted in Delta colours. This refers to the photo showing the "Advanced TriStar" titles.) Someone who has more knowledge may be able to explain more.

The one I was suggesting NG produce is shown in the majority of these photos. I hope they help.

The "Advanced" is the 200 series I believe, with the extended 'fillet' fairing under the #2 engine, being the main visible difference. NG are of course in a position to do both 'prototypes'. The proto 500 series was painted straight into British Airways livery but bore a US registration before becoming G-BFCA.

A nice selection! For me it will be the BMI A330 and the Air India L1011 Tristar.

I noticed there's been a model produced of that aircraft, by Lockness Models. Is the mould and quality any good?

Not as good as the NG L-1011-500

The Aeroclassics L-1011-500, G-BFCA, in delivery scheme, minus 'The Princess Margaret Rose' name which was applied by BA later. It was used by Lockheed for testing in this livery but with Lockheed test reg N48354 whilst performing 'prototype' duties.
