Default NG A330 issue

A330 mould is awesome, but would you please correct the position of the windowline… on the model the windowline sits slightly above the cockpit frame - while on the actual aircraft it sits on the downside of the frame. I know the pic of the actual aircraft is a330NEO, but hey.

No bashishing thread - just try to be constructive.

The doors are crooked and printed too high as well.

The window line is definitely too high in those pictures. This print issue seems to afflict their recent releases; the American Airlines A330-200 they released prior didn't have this issue.

I seriously wonder if NG is going to go down the route of getting too popular and in turn getting too complacent and letting standards slip?!! Or...making a model that is near on perfect ( if not perfect!), then seeing the same mould again much later riddled with mistakes ( cough cough..like our friends at Geminijets!)
Whether they heed this and be proactive on ensuring the same standard is maintained throughout,...well,...we will all have to see!!

Dear Team NG

I hope you are well. I see this issue was pointed out to you in March 2020. It is now April 2021. Your Garuda and French Air Force A330 suffers with the same problem, and that too extremely prominent.
The issue is still not fixed, and for the high price being paid, it is not correct.
I request if you can please make an active effort to fix this issue. Was very excited for the release but hurt to see the doors and window line
I hope my future NG have this problem fixed.

Regards

Agreed, NG should be able to do a better job. Gemini Jet's has terrible wing flex and NG's printing is off!

Some of the NG 757s also have the same issue (window line printed too high on the fuselage), and the NG A350 cockpit window print is noticeably too small.

These should be relatively simple fixes. Aviation400 modified their A350 moulds and now their 777 mould to fix inaccuracies; I would expect NG to do the same given the price they charge for their models.

A fair point made by all. The window line on the A330s is continuing to be problematic. I hope that this can easily be resolved with some minor recalibrating.

Making things precise is hard work, that's what I expreienced from making customized diecast, and they are still not precise enough.

best regards,
Jan
