Airport scenes
Following on from Eirikur Raudi’s excellent thread “Playing with backdrops” I have created some airport backdrops using some of the models in my collection, but can you identify them.
First an A318(flight BA001) at its destination.
Please feel free to add any of your own creations.

Outward bound to JFK it stops at Shannon to refuel, but it’s a non stop return.

Re: Airport scenes
Nice work - like your BA A318 - Herpa release, right? The A318 is an airframe that was underutilized with but 80 produced, and BA's LCY-JFK route is unique. An A318NEO would have been an interesting addition. And the Concorde night shot is great - tricky lighting to make a night backdrop work. Keep up the good work, Doug

Santiago de Chile, Santiago Airport.
The background remindes me on the mountains at Almaty.

Caut19 that looks amazing! Just out of curiousity, to make it a night scene is that all made by yourself or can you also buy certain lights etc. somewhere?

The 'departing' shot is actually a GLA back drop. I know because I used to live in that tower block depicted in nearby Paisley.

Love the Loganair, I took a pic of G-LMRB doing some training at GLA last week too. I wish we could get some mainstream Loganair livery releases too, this, the ATR-72 and Saab 340 spring to mind.

Are you absolutely shore that it’s GLA??? Cos the control tower looks exactly like that at EDI.

I like the bird on the tail of this aircraft. Thanks for introducing me to this airline. I didn't know anything about this airline so I Googled it. Apparently it's owned by the same company that owns Frontier and their fleet has different animals on their tails just like Frontier. Being a fan of Frontier models, I'd sure like a quality A320 manufacturer like, oh I don't know, AeroClassics, to release a bunch of JetSmarts!! Top of the page in the link below shows all of their tails.
https://www.linkedin.com/company/jetsmart-airline/
I couldn't find this model in DIMA. I assume it's a custom?
