The big gap for me as an American are the Piedmont liveries. Piedmont blue-stripe does seem to me the place to start for the US.
There was also a niche USA Detroit City Airport -based low-fare carrier called Pro Air that flew the 734 in different tail colors in the late 90's. I have a 1999 timetable for them that shows BWI, LGA, MDW, ATL, and other destinations.
