Mata Haris report from another forum:
"C- , VH- & N, lots of N. Total of 12 models spread over 5 aircraft types."
Also
"No Airbus aircraft in this month's mix. No Tristars either"

Here's hoping that those '5 aircraft' types see the return of some retro 'classic' moulds and not more 'Aeromoderns'. How about an Eastern DC-7B with polished belly (the one made was based on the preserved aircraft with white belly), Capitol C-46, Seaboard World DC-8-61 etc

I'd really like to see some DC-8-71's in 1:400 from AC - Delta being my first priority. And of course, the Sun Country 727 in my sig.

I think the C- registry is C-GARG, an Air Canada A319 wearing the Canadian Conservative party colours. “Scheer 2019”

If he doesn’t get elected, that would be one of the least popular models on the market.

Past election models went well even if they lost. Scaringly Scheer is in the lead right now because if he wins, my OSAP is gone

Aeroclassics seems to often have 'groups' of releases; different liveries within the same airline. So, piggy-backing off the last few months, I'd have to guess:

Hawaiian DC-10-30
Western DC-10-10 bare metal
Braniff 737-200 ('84 livery)
United 737-200 Saul Bass (small and/or large titles)
TWA DC-9-30 twin stripe
Continental DC-9-30
Piedmont 767-200 (various merger/hybrid liveries)

I'm guessing there might be a 737 MAX in the bunch too.... maybe some more 757's.

Those all seem like plausible guesses to me. Here's some of what I said at 400SH:

N and C are very usual suspects. I'll leave speculation about VH to others.

The first suggestion is: Do not get colors too dark. Repeat: Do not get colors too dark.

I was really hoping to see Z- as in Z-WPE, Air Zimbabwe 767-200 in cheatline livery.

N--Would love to see DC-10, DC-9, 737-200, 727-200, DC-8, 707. Not sure what's coming next, so I'll mention ones I want.

A United DC-10 in Blue-Star blue titles, to go with the September 737!

May one of the 'N' regs be an Avianca 767 in delivery colors? Seems that I'll still have to wait for an Aeromexico delivery colores one, since they were XA- registered.

Wish there would be a Mexicana 727 with a color tail, since there were many with N registrations. Anyway my favorite color/design -pink/purple- wasn't assigned to any N registered 727.

Why not? We are talking about Andrew Sheer's magnificent aircraft, and whether a model would be made of it. As a Canadian citizen, I also exercised my right of free-speech, and voiced my opinion about the current PM in a very civilized and nonchalant way.

Really hoping for some United Saul Bass with large titles, 737-200, 737-300 and 767-200! Presidential 737-200 would be cool too! And of course, the other bare-metal Piedmont 767's!

I predict AC will release Andrew Klein-approved die-cast model airplanes.

.... Sadly I feel there is only freedom of speech these days if it is approved by those following a certain political belief. The world is rapidly being paved with egg shells we must carefully walk upon and there are those waiting to be offended by something, anything, nothing.

If you're not being arrested for what you say, then your right to freedom of speech is not impacted. If people are continually offended by what someone says, then maybe it's time for that person to look in the mirror. Someone disagreeing with an opinion, and expressing that disagreement, isn't a violation of freedom of speech though.

Anyway, back to topic - I'd also love to see the 'Bud Lite' bare metal Western DC-10 as Transpac mentioned, and the NW/KLM hybrid one as well.

Andrew won't release anything Russian I'm afraid, in my humble opinion.
In terms of a new mould I mean, he has inferred as much in the past.

Agree wholeheartedly. As for DC-10s, the KLM/NW hybrid was done many years ago, and as I recall, was a very poor seller. I still have mine though, cause I actually flew on it once

Ah, my mistake, indeed it has. I have the Gemini version, which is not horrible, but I'd rather have AC's, so I'll have to see if Ebay will come up with one I suppose.

I know they have been done before but I am a sucker for some polished DC-10s and the American's fetch an arm and a leg. I would love to see another round of American DC-10s somewhere down the line, especially the -10. Some of their previous release N102AA had some manufacturing error on the fairings below the right wing where it was not produced 100%. Both copies that I purchased at the time had this issue.

But more likely than that, would love to see an Air Pacific 767!

Hawaiian DC-10-30
Western DC-10-10 bare metal
Braniff 737-200 ('84 livery)
United 737-200 Saul Bass (small and/or large titles)
TWA DC-9-30 twin stripe
Continental DC-9-30
Piedmont 767-200 (various merger/hybrid liveries)

I'm guessing there might be a 737 MAX in the bunch too.... maybe some more 757's.

Yes, absolutely. I keep hoping these will appear at some point.
One of your guesses is correct.

I wonder how long it'll take for the Adria Airways DC-9-50.

Fantastic month.

Never expected United 757's, those look great. Hopefully a battleship one makes an appearance, at some point. Definitely getting the TWA DC9... I'm happy to see the tail number is one of the particularly rare DC-9-34's. Only 12 DC-9-34's were ever made; Ozark originally ordered two of them, specifically for their long STL-SAN route. Eventually acquiring a third, all three of them went to TWA after the merger.

PS - I wonder why the pair of Hawaiian DC10's had their tails painted silver, instead of being polished metal like the American versions. Change in tooling, or oversight??

Flown on a TWA DC-9, ordering the plane. Liking the white top USAir, also ordering, probably ordering the Saul Bass United 757.

Isn't the 757 also the NG Mould which just makes this even better? Also awesome to see the AC and SWA again!

Again, some really lovely retro releases! Especially the US Air rust DC-9, that one is a must. Really love that scheme. The TWA nine and Ansett VH-RMF 762 are also definite additions. What a month!

Yes - i'd love a re-release of an AA DC-10-30 - routinely $100 when they rarely come available on the seconds market.

They must be as the pictures in the official release poster are photos of actual aircraft. How close the actual models come is another matter?
