Default Which ERJ-145 is better, JC wings or Gemini Jets?

Looking up some listings recently I've noticed the Gemini is a bit higher priced than normal... given the fact that gemini does use some JC moulds, is this one of them and is there any notable difference between the two?

Thanks!

I've always struggled to know if there are really one or two moulds. Certainly some have silly long nosegear and look much inferior to others with shorter nosegear. It looks like there may be just one mould but two sets of gear.

Most Gemini releases look like this Phoenix Sichuan Airlines type below:

But some look a lot better like this JC Wings version from 2015, which may actually be the original TucanoLine / Phoenix mould from way way back:

I have ridden on the ERJ-145 twice, and it was OK, but there are some airframes that, to me, are plain pug-ugly, and this is one. I can't get past the stink, and won't bring myself to add a 1/400 model of it to my collection. Conversely, I think the stretch DC-8s are handsome, and I have a disproportionate number of them in my collection. Chocolate or vanilla? Doug

Don't forget about the one-release Skyliners 400 version that is definitely missing something at the very end of the fuselage.

Just flew on an ERJ-145 last week for a very short hop from Denver to Steamboat Springs. Love the way you can sit in a window and an aisle seat at the same time!

I have two 1:400 American ERJ's in my Rochester section. The classic-on-white colors one has the long nosegear. The Greyhound one has the short nosegear.

Anyone who flies to ROC regularly gets to know both ERJ-145's and CRJ-200's. I much prefer the ERJ-145 for its 3-across seating and huge, high-situated windows.
