Default BA 100 Year Livery in 1:400

Gemini's Negus finally arrived, thus completing my 1:400 #BA100 Year Livery Collection. Huge Thank you to Gemini for producing all the 747s within a short time frame, and getting them out in "DECENT" Condition. Also Huge Thanks to AK and Aeroclassics for the BEA A319... Attached are pictures of all Airplanes with their respective boxes, and pictures together. An added bonus is the comparison of the current Gemini Landor release vs the Older release from 2013. I prefer the colours used on the 2013 release as they are more darker and better looking from a distance. Anyways enjoy my awful iPhone pictures once again. I was glad to see QC for Gemini picked back up on Negus as I only had to scramble through like 2-3 boxes at my retailer to find a suitable one I liked.

Aeroclassics BEA A319 1:400 Release:

GeminiJets British Airways "BOAC" 747-400 1:400 Release:

GeminiJets British Airways "Landor" 747-400 1:400 Release:

GeminiJets British Airways "Negus" 747-400 1:400 Release:

All the Gemini 747's together:

All #BA100 Liveries Together:

2013 vs 2019 Landor Release (Colours) Left is 2019, Right is 2013:

Thank you to GJ, AC, AvWorld, Threshold Aviation, and the wonderful community on this website for being so positive, and helping me decide which model was right to purchase, and to the manufacturers for getting each one made in 1:400 in such a respective and quick manner. Thats all for now. Thanks again for reading

Great pics. I also thought the Gemini BOAC was well made, more than I expected.

Thanks! I tried doing them in a better place in my house with better lighting and Yes BOAC was an amazing model. It came with an actual dome attached, but didn't get the aerials on the bottom portion of the model like Landor and Negus did. Negus was a love at first sight for me, and I loved how perfect each model was out of the box compared to the Landor one.

Hoping to complete my set with the Negus some time this week. I kind of wish they'd repainted the Heathrow Concorde into Negus too. Easily done with decals no doubt...

Looking good.
Also still waiting on the Negus 747. Stupidly didn't get the BEA A319 as I misinterpreted Gemini's statement that they would do them all? Maybe they will?

And as posted elsewhere my BOAC 744 is rubbish. I will probably end up buying another one and selling the faulty one on at a loss.

Concorde wise just picked up G-BBDG which I realised I didn't have in 1/400

Very unfortunate situation for you. I saw your thread and your nose landing gear looked very dirty which means you just had a model that came like crap to begin with from the factory. I just recommend going to a local retailer shop and looking at their inventory of mode compared to buying online

I have the BOAC 747, but recently its first aerial (the one on the hump) seems to have disappeared...

I also missed out on the BEA A319 so I do hope Gemini do it or another run or somehow be able to come across one that isn't too expensive hopefully.

you can find them on ebay for around $40-45, I've come across a couple the last few days. The gemini A319 is awful so I'd think $10 at this point isn't a bad premium for the far better mould.

Plus £20 shipping. No way. Gemini is fine when amongst 250+ models.

Remember collectors ideals vary considerably - and there is no perfect model. Some of us get too "Rivet Counter Brigade" AC might be a good model but IMO the tampo is poor.

Unless phoenix do one as well imo better than the AC.
