Default Ansett Boeing 747-400 - Now Coke Cans

My latest blog entry covers The Singaporean girl who found herself in Australia and then moved to Fiji to live out her final years!

If there are any models you'd like to see done, just send me a PM and I'll see if I can help out! I have mainly Aussie aircraft and airliners.

Nice review. Good to read something that follows both the model and its real life counterpart.
I saw all three of these planes in real life at SYD at some time or another.
SQ were always keen to update their fleet and their early 744's were always first to be leased out, sold or even scrapped as they strived for the youngest fleet in the world title.
Ansett and SQ were both affiliated back in those days so it seemed only natural for that leasing arrangement to happen. It also happened earlier with the Ansett's initial 743 lease which personally I find more interesting due to it was Ansetts foray into long haul travel into Asia.

The Air Pacific colours were beautiful and it was a shame to see the 'lifesavers' scheme make way for the newer colours but in hindsight I do like the new colours.

If your after suggestions - it would be nice to see the history of even just the QF 747's and their changes in colours - especially the 747SP's which held a few different schemes and all have been produced except the Air Asia which was done in 1/500 if I recall.

Anyway - keep up the good work.
