Yep, the
"4250" is B-HNO in normal CX new livery, while "4290" is also B-HNO with the wrong spelling of CATHAY PACIIC version.
The "4265" is the new OW livery (B-KQI)

I'm sorry, but I think making the CX with the titles typo is ridiculous. It was amusing at the time, but a model is really not needed. I know a collector who has a huge Cathay collection, and he isn't getting it. Now that is a blatant cash grab. My opinion.

As to the misspelled Cathay Pacific, I think it just adds another option for the collector to add a little diversity, I won’t be getting it, but I don’t see giving the collector an additional option a bad thing.

Phoenix will honestly never understand. Why are they even making the BA retro jumbos when they refuse to fix the mould. Gemini might take longer but I'll be patient... I will never want an ugly rounded nose on a heritage livery in my collection.

Also nice to see their a380 come back

I completely agree. It will be well worth the wait, and no where near the wait for some JC models. It'll give me time to save up anyway!

If JC had been on the ball, he would have dug out the BigBird400 747 mould and made all three of the BA retro 747s and killed the market over all the other inferior attempts.

Yes true but you would have to wait 2 to 3 years for the model to be physically released!

The Cathay Pacific misspell release is just PLANE DUMB!

Seeing what some of the mfgs. produce it would not surprise me if the misspell release comes out spelled correctly!

Well I'm sure there's no love lost between Cathay and Phoenix, given that they have to release these models under the radar, so maybe this is just Phoenix's way of digging back at Cathay a little.

JC Owns the mould and shares it with GeminiJets. GeminiJets will be using the mould to release it but at a slower pace and a month behind the awful Phoenix ones.
