Default We are the new brand for airport GSE

Hello everyone, we are the new brand for producing 1/400 and 1/200 airport accessories (GSE), Fantasywings Diorama Production.

We have made some 1/400 cargo set before by 3D printing. Hope someone hear that before. Now we are going to the next stage for producing the other airport gse.

Our new project is the airport passenger bus by mold production. Here is our sample of the 1/400 passenger bus.

Hope all of you can enjoy it and also follow our facebook page and intagram for the latest update.

Please feel free to comment for providing some suggestion of the airport GSE that you want to release. Thank You=]

We are looking forward to seeing you here and our page.

If it is the same TG and AA GSE I saw on Facebook this morning, it looks very good and I am very tempted to purchase some myself.

Can't see any pics/links for the sample? Sounds good though - more options for GSE sets in 1/400 is always welcome; will be interesting to see what the prices will be in the UK. It's not cheap buying the existing GSE sets already out there!

Your product looks fascinating. Please put equal emphasis on both 400 and 200 scale GSE. I would like to see some equipment that is unique rather than the same ol' same ol'.

Realism and quality is paramount for me. Also, it would be fantastic to offer GSE for different time periods. For instance, I only collect deregulation-era models so offering equipment from late seventies to late eighties and their equivalent logos would be refreshing.

Absolutely, some retro GSE would be great - please can we have these in 1/400?

Hello adrian,

Retro GSE means the livery or the shape of the GSE?

I can answer that.
Retro is a term used for past or vintage. For instance, one can argue that a certain musical group has a retro vibe. Meaning that their music is inspired by and sounds like a band from days gone by.

I understand your meaning.

I think we will have a chance to release the gse with retro livery. If you are asking for the retro type of the GSE, it is hard for that.

But will also looking for any chance to release any type of GSE.

Thank You for your suggestion.

New moulds would be required as shown. Not sure how a 'retro' livery would suit a 'modern' vehicle?

I second this - some nice BEA/BOAC/BA Negus stairs & buses please!!! Gee that BA Routemaster looks excellent, got the EFE 1:76 model of that. I'm guessing that's 1/200 scale? London Transport took a lot of those back when BA withdrew the service in 1978, some still survive in preservation.

Wouldn't be perfect but in 1/400 it wouldn't be the end of the world, if that's all we're going to get at the moment - then, better than nothing!! I think the GSE is 3D printed? If new designs were to be drawn up, I'm also a bus enthusiast so I can supply pictures from my collection, if required, for reference, including brand new Leyland Nationals built for British Airways at the Lillyhall factory awaiting delivery. One also had a unique cab front entrance conversion.

The iconic British Airways Negus airstairs with the quarter-jack logo on the top side panels would be fantastic to have in 1/400 as well.

3D printing has already come a long way from the old polymer-based liquid stuff. Alloys are being used now, so we can now get quality GSE to go along with our highly detailed aircraft.

I don't mean to endorse a different company, but here's a site that shows what I'm talking about:

Junkyard Stance

Sand Scorcher Video

Wow that is very impressive stuff! The fineness and detail is amazing. So cool that alloys are now being used, that's great news for future GSE sets. Didn't realise this, very interesting. Thanks for the heads up.

Those pics I posted are indeed 1/200 scale resin models available from ARD, but they are expensive! I also have the EFE 1/76th Routemasters in BEA (red square), BEA (Speedjack) and British Airways liveries, all with trailers.
I was very lucky to find a company that made diecast metal Routemaster buses in 1/400 and bought several of them and made luggage trailers for them - here you can see them on my Heathrow model. They were obtained from this company fairly local to me:

Hello Adrian, this is fantastic. Those resin models do look great - not surprised that they didn't come cheap however. The BEA delivery/revised Speedjack RMAs are great too; might need to add those myself! I think EFE may have done the BEA RF single-deck coach as well? The ones that went from West London Air Terminal originally.

Thank you very much indeed for sharing that link, I will have a look into that with interest. What a great source. Much appreciated!! Those buses all look fantastic in your picture, very much the part and were a prominent part of the road scene at Heathrow Central, along with the black cabs of course. Brings it all to life, looks just like the LHR scene in the 1960s. Brilliant.

Hello,

We are changing our production from 3D to mould production. The cargo set photos you have seen above are made by 3D print before but we will change it to the mould production in the future. Our very first products made by mould will be the passenger bus.

Cool suggestions for airport GSE and accessories

A lot of accessories could be made for 1/400 in addition to GSE. Perhaps...
  • field radar ("Bed springs" or domes)
  • Taxicabs, small vans
  • Police/Security vehicles
  • just a variety of automobiles
  • Fire equipment (plus fire station)
  • Control Tower
  • De-icing Trucks
  • Shipping Containers (20, 40, 50 ft)
  • runway marker signs
  • helicopters, GA aircraft
  • Flatbed/Box Trucks
  • jetblast barriers
  • hangers... not so available I'll bet (I scoured the net for many months to find a 1/500 Herpa hanger)
..... Just a thought for you to consider. I imagine all would be desired by diorama creators to showcase their models. Perhaps not all are feasible to produce, but I'm sure many are.

I like where you're going with this. But remember to include us 200 scale collectors as well.

  • just a variety of automobiles
  • Fire equipment (plus fire station)
  • Control Tower
  • De-icing Trucks
  • Shipping Containers (20, 40, 50 ft)
  • runway marker signs
  • helicopters, GA aircraft
  • Flatbed/Box Trucks
  • jetblast barriers
  • hangers... not so available I'll bet (I scoured the net for many months to find a 1/500 Herpa hanger)
Brilliant suggestions. Already have a retro LHR Tower kit but would get pretty much everything else on that list. Also got some jetblast barriers as card kits too, but ready made would be handy. Yes, and both scales to keep everyone happy

..... Just a thought for you to consider. I imagine all would be desired by diorama creators to showcase their models. Perhaps not all are feasible to produce, but I'm sure many are.
Dave (owns Herpa, GJ, DW & AC GSE/accessories)
wow, thank you for your suggestions.
