Default One Enormous Billboard - VH-OEB

So after a short hiatus due to surgery, holidays, an engagement and a return to work I finally got around to completing a story I had wanted to write since I first began my blog.

Here is the story of One Enormous Billboard or VH-OEB.

Very interesting - a lovely detailed write up and collection of VH-OEB in it's various incarnations, thanks for sharing! I want to try and catch one of the Aussie 744s before they finally disappear; my wife is from Brisbane and we visit Australia every year - if we do the route via Hong Kong, using Qantas from there to Sydney on the second leg, it should be possible to catch a 744 which are using this route I believe.

I only collect 70s-80s retro myself, and have 4 Aussie jets so far: 3 are Big Bird Qantas 742s in 70s classic ochre cheatline, the other an Aeroclassics Ansett 727-100 in the 70s red/black cheatline (VH-RMD).

Thanks for the kind words. I'm looking through my collection and I have a couple of Ansett 727s which will be covered shortly.
