Default Detailed Mould Review: Boeing 757-200

Merry Christmas to you all. It seems fitting to finish the year on a deeper look at the NG 757 mould and although I suspect everyone is already convinced of its value it pays to confirm it with a detailed review against the opposition. Also it begs the question of whether to replace your existing 757s or not. Here I take a look at both aspects:

Merry Christmas to you too, Richard.

I read your interesting review and I agree you, it's worth to replace the old 757s with the new NG one.
I replaced my Gemini Hekl, and I'm waiting for, NG to release the Icelandair TF-FIR to replace the Gemini one.
Also I've the feeling the fusulage of Gemini's mould is bigger than the NG one.

Richard, are AeroClassics and NG Model B757-200 the same mould?

Yes. Apparently AK purchased a number of their castings, but issuing them without aerials

1/400 scale aerials are out of scale gimmicks which AeroClassics wants no part of. AC has produced over 2000 distinct models, most of them beauties, and all of them without aerials, or antennas. AC does produce 1/200 scale models with aerials or antennas, as those are in scale.

I for one can't stand those aerials, open a box and boom they are gone. Or when cleaning and dusting models and oops off they go. No thank you, I like Aeroclassics just the way they are.

Awesome write up Rich, as always.
